The FASTEMS approach is different from traditional higher education. As an EMT and experienced leader, Gramm is committed to serving the EMS community and tackling its biggest problems.

Bawnie is a seasoned paramedic and instructor with 16 years of experience. A Marine/Army Veteran, Bawnie's expertise is instrumental in realizing the FAST EMS vision. Her commitment to quality shines through as she tailors each course, ensuring a personal touch and the highest standards.
Dr. Bill Mitchell
Medical Director
A combat Medic Veteran with over 30 years of experience as a Doctor of Emergency Medicine and ER surgeon, Dr. Mitchell brings indispensable oversight and knowledge in his 4th role as an EMS Medical Director.
